Creating an experience that leaves participants inspired, engaged and excited for the next one is our ultimate objective in crafting events for the Sales organization. From concept to execution, we focused on every detail to create a lasting impact.

KPIs/Impact: I could get crafty and talk about how the program was streamlined to a much more logistically manageable initiative, ERG retention, employee engagement, morale, etc. However, this is an internal brand experience that either resonates with employees and ERG members, making them proud to support it, or does not.

Well, this was a huge success. Within a few weeks, the new program was rolled out and received very well. The brand direction, visual identity, core beliefs, program architecture, messaging and tone resonated with the intended audience. Merch was being repped across the company and in the community. For a creator, that’s the ultimate ROI+. Love!
